• CHATTANOOGA magazine is published six times a year. The cover price is $4.99. The one-year subscription price is $17.95. The two-year subscription price is $29.95. Offer good in the U.S. only.

• Your first issue will mail 4-8 weeks from receipt of order.

• Gift subscriptions are not gift cards or gift certificates. They are regular subscriptions which will begin mailing in 4-8 weeks to the recipient you specify.

• Subscribers: If the Post Office alerts us that your magazine is undeliverable, we have no further obligation unless we receive a corrected address within the subscription term. If we have your e-mail address, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

• Missed or Damaged Issues: If you missed or received a damaged issue we will send you a replacement right away. Please contact service@chattmag.com.

• Cancellations: You may ask us (in writing) to remove your name from our subscription list at any time, however, please note that subscription contracts are not refundable.

• Sales Tax: When ordering online, sales tax will be added where applicable.

• Privacy Policy: We use the information we collect to provide the subscription services you request. We may contact you via e-mail about special offers related to the magazine. We do not share your information with other organizations.

• All customer credit card information is processed through Authorize.net, a secure payment processing gateway.
